A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
The City of Moab hereby enacts the following customer rates for solid waste collection.
All persons required to receive solid waste collection services pursuant to Chapter 8.04 of the
Moab Municipal Code shall pay for services pursuant to the following rates. Terms in this
resolution shall be defined as provided in Chapter 8.04 of the Municipal Code.
Residential Rate
$16.00 per residence per month (single approved container, 95 gallons)
$ 6.00 per month for each additional 95 gallon container
Residential Rate, Centralized Collection
$14.95 per residence per month (regardless of container type or number)
Commercial Rate
Two Cubic Yard Automated Bin (rates are per bin)
Pick-up frequency: rate per month:
once a week
twice a week
three times a week
four times a week
five times a week
six times a week
seven times a week

PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the Governing Body of Moab
City Council this 28t" day of February, 2006.
