A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
FOR THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
by and through its Clerk- Treasurer, has caused a Notice To
Taxpayers of Additional Appropriations containing notice of a
public hearing to be held at a regular meeting of the Common
Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, which notice was
duly published in the Greencastle Danner - Graphic on September
9, 1989, and on September 16, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council having conducted its hearing
at a regular meeting as set forth in said Notice held on the
19th day of September, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall,
Greencastle, Indiana; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
® Indiana, has determined at said public hearing that an
extraordinary emergency exists and that there is an immediate
need to appropriate additional funds to the General Fund;
NOW THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the
City of Greencastle, Indiana, as follows:
1. That the following additional appropriations are
proposed:
GENERAL FUND:
Police Department
4. Capital Outlays
$16,000.00
Clerk- Treasurer
4. Capital Outlays
$15,000.00
Board of Works
3. Other Services and
Charges
$11,000.00
2. That the Clerk- Treasurer file a
certified copy of
this Resolution with the Putnam
County Auditor.
