AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CITY WATER SERVICE; AMENDING
CHAPTER 1 OF TITLE VIII OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL,
IDAHO, BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SECTION 8-1-4A OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, TO PROVIDE THAT WATER
SERVICE SHALL NOT BE FURNISHED OUTSIDE OF THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF McCALL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Chapter 1 of Title VIII of the Village
Code of McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended
by the addition of a new Section to be known and designated
as Section 8-1-4A'of the Village of McCall, Idaho, and to
read as follows:
Section 1. LIMITATION OF WATER SERVICE: No water_ service
shall be furnished to or extended or sold to premises situated
outside of the corporate limits of the City of McCall, Idaho.
