AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SEWER USER SERVICE CHARGES;
AMENDING SECTION 8-4-2 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL,
IDAHO, TO INCREASE SEWER SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 8-4-2 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, he, and the same .is hereby amended to read
as follows:
8-4-2: SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES: The charges and fees
hereinafter imposed shall be reviewed annually and revised
periodically as required and the charges and fees provided by
this Ordinance are hereby levied and assessed against each
lot, tract or parcel of land, or against each building,
structure or other property having any sewer connection within
the City service area, or intercepting sewers or otherwise
discharging sewage, industrial wastewater or other liquids,
directly or indirectly, into the sewer system or treatment
facilities of the City.
(A) Sewer Classification: All users of the sewer
system of the City of McCall are hereby classified as follows:
Class A - private residences
Class B - Industrial and commercial users
Class C - all other users
(B) Sewer Charges: The City of McCall shall charge and.
the user shall pay monthly for sewer servide the following
rates, to -wit:
1. For each Class A use, seven nine dollars and fifty
cents ($479A 9.50) per month.
2. For each Class B and C use, seven Nine dollars and
fifty cents ($4700 9.50) per month or 9imty ninety percent
(68 900) of the charges for the city water, whichever is
greater.
3. For each Class A, B and C users, five dollars ($5.00)
per month surcharge fee to be deposited into a separate ac-
count within the sewer fund for payment of salaries and wages,
equipment, parts and supplied for infiltration and inflow
rehabilitation and replacement of existing sewer lines.

issue of every number thereof during the period and time of publication, and
was published in the newspaper proper and not in a supplement; and that
publication of such notice began October 16

thly for sewer service the following rates,

dollars and fifty cents ( 9.50) per
month.
2. For each Class B and C use, -seven-
nine dollars and fifty cents ($i eo 9.50)
per month or ninety percent (60-
90%) of the charges for the city water,
whichever is greater.
3. For each Class A, B and C users, five
dollars ($5.00) per month surcharge fee to
be deposited into a separate account
within the sewer fund for payment of
salaries and wages, equipment, parts and
supplies for infiltration and inflow
rehabilitation and replacement of existing
sewer lines.
