AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 1-12-8 OF THE VILLAGE
CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO; AMENDING CHAPTER 12 OF TITLE
1 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, BY THE ADDI-
TION THERETO OF A NEW SECTION 1-12-8 OF THE VILLAGE
CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING AIRCRAFT TIE
DOWN FEES AT THE McCALL MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 1-12-8 of the Village Code of
McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Chapter 12 of Title 1 of the Village
Code of McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended by
the addition thereto of a new section to be known and desig-
nated as Section 1-12-8 of the Village Code of McCall, Idaho,
and to read as follows:
1-12-8: TIE DOWN AREA RENTAL FEES:
There is hereby imposed aircraft tie -down area
rental fees at the McCall Municipal Airport,
which fees shall be in the amount hereinafter
set forth opposite the type of area of tie -down:
Hard surfaced tie -down areas
All other tie -down areas
Itinerant aircraft parking fees
be $2.00 per night.
$15.00 per month each
$ 7.50 per month each

ordinances and resolutions of said City.

copy of an ordinance passed at a regular meeting of the Council of

office; and
3. That said regular meeting was duly convened and held in all
respects in accordance with law and to the extent required by law, due
and proper notice of such meeting having been given; that a legal
Quorum was present throughout the meeting and that a legally
sufficient number of members of the Council of McCall City voted in
the proper manner and for the passage of said ordinance; and that all
other requirements and proceedings incident to the proper adoption and
passage of said ordinance have been duly fulfilled, carried out and
observed; and that I am authorized to execute this certificate.
