DEPOT TIFFIN"
RESOLUTION NO. 2010-10
PPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR "THE
OCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE
APRIL 11, 2010.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
renewal 40f the Alcohol Permit requested by the business establishment known as the "The
Depot Tiffin"' located within the`city limits of Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the
Alcohol Permit for "The Depot Tiffin". City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local
authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
On the 10th day of Y arch 2010, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa.
Councilperson MikdGericke introduced Resolution 2010-10 APPROVING THE
RENEWAL OF THALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT
KNOWN -AS "THE DEPOT TIFFIN" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN,
IOWA EFFECTIVEIAPRIL 11, 2010 made a motion for approval. Seconded by Council
person Chris Ball.
Ayes: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, Travis Weipert
Nays: None
Absent: None

WHEREUPON, Fivi members of the City council voted to approve RESOLUTION 2010-
10 APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESS
ESTABLISHMENT KNOWN AS "THE DEPOT TIFFIN" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF TIFFIN, (IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 11, 2010 the Mayor Royce Phillips
declared that Resolution 2010-10 by adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signatur� thereto.
Passed
approved by the City Council on the 10th day of March 2010.
