AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A SPECIAL
EXCEPTION APPLICATION #SE-93-05 BY DENNIS SPENCER
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as follows:
A notice of Public Hearing to consider special exception application #SE-93-04 for vehicle sales
and service activities by Dennis Spencer shall be published in the Leesburg Today on February 4, 1994
and February 11, 1994 for public hearing on Tuesday February 22, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the
Government Center at 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia 22075.
