CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. J6~
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE OFFI-
CIAL CITY NEWSPAPER FOR THE CITY OF
BEL AIRE, KANSAS TO BE THE ARK VALLEY
NEWS AND REPEALING ANY ORDINANCE OR
RESOLUTIONS INCONSISTENT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
SECTION I.
OFFICIAL PUBLICATION
The Official newspaper for the City of Bel Aire, Kansas shall
be the Ark Valley News in which official publications of the city
will be published.
SECTION II.
REPEAL.
Any and all Ordinance or Resolutions inconsistent herewith
are hereby repealed and rescinded.
SECTION III.
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of publication in the official city newspaper.
