APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD FOR THE
DISABLED FOR THE YEAR 2000
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret has created a Board
for the Disabled to consist of one member to be appointed by the Mayor, one member
of the Council to be appointed by the Council and five citizens of the municipality
to be appointed by the Council with staggered terms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Council
of the Borough of Cartemt that the following appointment be and is hereby made to
the Board of the Disabled for the year 2000:

Member CAROL FAILACE 12/31/00
Councilmember JAMES O'BRII~ 12/31/2000
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 2nd day of January, 2000
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 3, 2000.
