This is to confirm that at the Public Hearing held by the Town Commission
on July 18, 1997, your application to construct a single family dwelling
at 3 Driftwood Landing, Gulf Stream, Florida that is legally described
as Lot 7, Driftwood Landing subdivision was considered.
A Land Clearing Permit was granted with the condition that all plant
material to be saved or relocated be adequately protected during construct-
ion. A Level 3 Architectural Site Plan Review was approved as requested
and as amended at this Public Hearing for the construction of a one -story
dwelling consisting of 5,899 square feet and a pool and spa.
If a building permit incorporating the aforementioned improvements is
not obtained and construction commenced by July 18, 1998 all approvals
shall expire.
