RESOLUTION NO. 2010-10
PROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR "THE
)CATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE
APRIL 11, 2010.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
renewal of 'the Alco of Permit requested by the business establishment known as the "The
Depot Tiffin" locate, within the city limits of Tiffin, Iowa. `
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the
Alcohol Permit for "I he Depot Tiffin". City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local
authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
On the 10th day of March 2010, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa.
Councilperson Mike Gericke introduced Resolution 2010-10 APPROVING THE
RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT
KNOWN AS "THE DEPOT TIFFIN" LOCATED WITHIN THE,CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN,
IOWA EFFECTIVE (APRIL 11, 2010 made a motion for approval. Seconded by Council
person Chris Ball. I
