A RESOLUTION AI�PROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR
"CASEY'S GENERPL STORE #2667" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN,
IOWA EFFECTIVE QWRIL 24, 2010.
Whereas, the Cit' Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested by the business establishment known as "Casey's
General Store #26&' located within the city limits of Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Cbuncil:has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol
Permit for "Casey's General Store #2667". City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for
local authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
