TOWN OF FRASER 1-1- 91
RESOLUTION NO,
WHEREAS, THE TOWN OF FRASER has a need to have a REFERRED BALLOT
QUESTION in the Nov, 8, 1994 election;
AND WHEREAS, said election must be held as a coordinated
election;
AND WHEREAS, the County of Grand is the Coordinated Election
Officials;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the election shall be held under
the PROVISIONS of Title I of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
AND FURTHER THAT, the Town of Fraser is authorized to enter into
a letter of Agreement with the County of Grand for the
coordinated election to be held Nov, 8, 1994,
DULY ADOPTED THIS ~ DAY OF~' 1994.
