Dear Gideon,
As we have discussed,there are several open items that need to be cleaned up as a closeout to the MPSP
approvals with our final Phase V filing for Building G. The list includes:
1. Photometric's for the entire common area site lighting system
2. A final and complete site plan showing the interconnectivity among the phases
3. A final landscape planting plan showing the interconnectivity among the phases
4. The final zoning& building table
5. The 25%design submission to DCR for the pedestrian crossing at Greenough Boulevard
6. A landscape plan showing the proposed landscape solution at the rear of the A Building and the
connectivity to Arsenal Park
7. Final location of all Eversource transformers and switches
8. An updated Right in-Right out design
9. The inclusion of a "dog park/run" along the southern edge of the Home Deport parking lot
10. A final revised mixed use path from the South side of G to Greenough Boulevard
To summarize,to date we have completed and filed the above referenced items with your office as detailed on
the attached spreadsheet or in several instances, are including this information in this planning board package.
Under separate cover we submitted plans to DCDP and Conservation for the mixed use path and Dog Park and
made a formal presentation to the Conservation Commission during the April 3, 2019 Cons Com meeting. The
revised mixed use path and the proposed dog park were approved with some minor conditions that we will
work with your office to insure are implemented once both elements are constructed with the final building,
Building G.
