NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of principal and interest now due as provided
by the note secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Paul F. Loesch and Lisa A. Loesch,
husband and wife, dated September 14, 2000,recorded in Deed of Trust Book 429 at Page 183 in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cole County,Missouri, at Jefferson City, Missouri,
conveying to Duane Schreimann, Trustee, the following described property situated in the
County of Cole, State of Missouri, to wit:
Lots Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, Loesch Estates Subdivision, Section One, in the City of
Jefferson,Missouri,per plat of record in Plat Book 12, Page 176, Cole County Recorder's
Office.
At the request of the legal holder of said note,I,Duane Schreimann, Trustee, will sell the
above-described property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the South front door
of the Cole County Courthouse in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, on Friday, September 29,
2006, at 2:00 p.m., to satisfy said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
THIS NOTICE IS FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR AND IS AN ATTEMPT TO
COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT
PURPOSE.
