BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAvOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Chapter 1 of Title V of the Village Code of McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a NEW SECTION, to be known and designated as Section 5-1-59 of the Village Code of McCall, Idaho, and to read as follows: 5-1-59: PAINT -PELLET AIR GUNS: Any person who fires or discharges a gun, rifle, pistol or other device designed to eject any projectile contain- ing paint, dye or any other colored pigment of any kind, powered or propelled by compressed air or compressed carbon -dioxide or any other gas, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
