BOARD OF DIRECTORS
April 1, 1992
MINUTES
I. ROLL CALL
President Robert McKibbin called the meeting to order at 7 :45
p.m. at the District office.
Members Present: Katherine Duffy, Teena Henshaw, Nonette Hanko,
Richard Bishop, Robert McKibbin, Ginny Babbitt, and Betsy
Crowder.
Personnel Present: Herbert Grench.
II. CLOSED SESSION
The Board recessed to Closed Session to conduct the performance
evaluation for the general manager.
III. ADJOURNMENT
The Board reconvened to adjourn at 11: 00 P.M.
