A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR
"CASEY'S GENERAL STORE #2667" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN,
IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 24, 2010.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested by the business establishment known as "Casey's
General Store #2667" located within the city limits of Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol
Permit for "Casey's General Store #2667". City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for i
local authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
On the 10th day of March 2010, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa.
Councilperson Mike Gericke introduced Resolution 2010-09 APPROVING THE RENEWAL
OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR "CASEY'S GENERAL STORE #2667"LOCATED
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 24, 2010 made a motion
for approval. Seconded by Council person Mark Petersen.
Ayes: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, Travis Weipert
Nays: None
Absent: None
WHEREUPON, 'Five members of the City Council voted to approve RESOLUTION 2010-09
APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF'THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESS
ESTABLISHMENT KNOWN AS "CASEY'S GENERAL STORE #2667"'LOCATED WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 24, 2010 the Mayor Royce Phillips
declared that Resolution 2010-09 by adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed and approved by the City Council on the 10th day of March 2010.

Resolution 2010-08 attached hereto are true and correct copies of the Resolution
2010-08, which was passed by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, at a Regular City Council
meeting held on the 10th day of March, 2010, all as the same appears of record in my
office. Attached is the re -plated Preliminary Plat for Woodfield Ridge Part One Oubot
One now known as Outlot One Part Two. The name revision of Re -plated Preliminary
Plat was requested upon approval by City Council of Resolution 2010-08.

contained 6 the Resolutions 2010-08 adopted by the city council, approving the re -plat
of Woodfield Ridge Preliminary Plat Part One Outlot One now known as Outlot One Part
Two and that Ruth Demuth acknowledged the execution of the instrument to be her
voluntary act and deed and the voluntary act and deed of the corporation, by it
voluntarily executed.
