AUTHORIZING REFUND OF TAX AND/OR
SEWER-FEES
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of the Borough of Carteret has re-
viewed by the Boils and determined that certain monies are due
and payable by the Borough of Carteret to certain residents and
property owners within the Borough of Carteret, as a result of
an overpayment of Taxes and/or Sewer Fees, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends the immediate reimburse-
ment of the excess Funds currently collected by the Borough of
Carteret to certain enumberated individuals,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, in the county of Middlesex,
State' of New Jersey, that the Tax Collector is authorized to
immediately refund and pay the overpayment of taxes and/or
;ewer Fees to the individuals and property owners of the spe-
:ific properties listed below, and attached hereto:
