A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
RELATING TO THE FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICES OF THE
RECREATION DEPARTMENT; AND CHARGING SUCH FEES EFFECTIVE
SEPTEMBER 28, 2000.
WHEREAS, Section 1-9-9, McCall City Code, allows for the fees to be charged
for the services of the Recreation Department;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall that:
Section 1: Fees. The fees for the Recreation Department under McCall City
Code Title 1, Chapter 9, shall be:
(A) Gymnastics Resident Fees (A resident is a person or family who
lives inside the City limits and/or owns a business inside the McCall City
Limits.):
$32.00 per month for one hour per week
$48.00 per month for two hours per week
$60.00 per month for three hours per week
$75.00 per month for Level 4
$100.00 per month for Level 5 & 6
(B) Gymnastics Non -Resident Fees: (A non-resident is a person or
family who lives outside the City limits and DOES NOT own a business
inside the McCall City Limits.)
$38.40 per month for one hour per week
$57.60 per month for two hours per week
$72.00 per month for three hours per week
$90.00 per month for Level 4
$120.00 per month for Level 5 & 6
(C) Recreation Card: (The recreation card is valid for one year from
September through August of each year. It entitles non-residents to pay
resident fees for the year.)
$35.00 for one year per participant

Recreation Fees
Section 2: EFFECTIVE DATES. The above fees came into effect on September
28, 2000 and shall remain in effect until further action by the City Council.
Passed and approved September 28, 2000.
