S %1/ AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SEWER SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES; AMENDING SECTION 8-4-2 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF BSc CALL, IDAHO, PROVIDING AN INCREASE IN MONTHLY SEWER SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES; PROVIDING `WHAT A PORTION THEREOF SHALL BE TRANSFERRED MONTHLY TO THE SEWER "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND", AND ELIMINATING THE MONTHLY INFILTRATION AND INFLOW SURCHARGE FEE. BE IT ORDAINED BY '01-1F. MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS: Sectiol. 1. That Section 8-4-2 of the Village Code of McCall, Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 8-4-2: SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES: The charges and fees hereinafter imposed shall be reviewed annually and revised periodically as required and the charges and fees provided by this Ordinance are hereby levied and assessed against each lot, tract or parcel of land, or against each 7Duild.ing, struc- ture or other property having any sewer connection within the City service area, or intercepting sewers or otherwise discharging sewage, industrial wastewater or other liquids, directly or indirectly, into the sewer system or treatment facilities of the City. (A) Sewer Classification: All users of the sewer system of the City of McCall are hereby classified as follows: Class A - private residences Class B industrial and commercial users Class C - all other users (B) Sewer Charges: The City of McCall shall charge and the user shall pay monthly for sewer service the following rates, to -wit: �. 6,g4.4- �- 1.
