A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE STRUCTURE FOR CITY OF MOAB
PLANNING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES AND BUILDING PERMITS.
WHEREAS, Moab City Council and Staff have established fees relating to the cost for
planning and engineering services and building permits; and
WHEREAS, fees should be reviewed and changed periodically for all areas of City
Government; and
WHEREAS, having fees located in one area would be beneficial for City Council,
Staff and the General Public.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Moab, upon action of the governing body, resolves
the following fee structure:

floor area (i.e., up to 1,000 sf is $40, up to
2,000 sf is $80, and so forth)
