April 9 , 1992
MINUTES
I . ROLL CALL
President Robert McKibbin called the meeting to order at 4 : 40 P.M.
Members Present : Ginny Babbitt, Richard Bishop, Betsy Crowder, Kay
Duffy, Nonette Hanker, Teena Henshaw, and Robert McKibbin.
Personnel Present : Herbert Grench, Craig Britton, Jean Fiddes, John
Escobar, and Del Woods.
II . BOARD-MANAGER WORKSHOP
The Board held a closed personnel session for the performance
evaluation of the general manager and management team, including the
Board-management team relationship. The session was facilitated by
consultant George Sipel .
The meeting was recessed at 6 : 10 P.M. for dinner and reconvened at
6 : 30 P.M.
III . ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 8 : 35 P.M.
