Dear Habitat for Humanity:
Enclosed you will find the above-referenced original city Special Tax Bills on property located at
706, 708, and 710 E. Miller Street in the City of Jefferson. The tax bills were abated by the City
Council at its Council Meeting of June 7, 1999, in order to allow Habitat for Humanity to use the
property for a Habitat project home.
These original documents should be filed with your other pertinent property documents(i.e.deeds,
titles, abstracts, etc.). If you have any questions,please let me know.
