AUTHORIZING A STREET RESURFACINGAND REPAIR PLAN
FOR FY95
WHEREAS, the FY 1995 budget appropriated $260,000.00 for street resurfacing street milling
and concrete repairs; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works has recommended specific streets
to be included for work in FY 95 and listed these in a memorandum dated May 13, 1994.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The street resurfacing program outlined in a memorandum to the Council dated May 13, 1994,
in the priority listed, is approved.
