AMENDING THE FY 95 BUDGET AND MAKING AN
APPROPRIATION FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED FUND
BALANCE TO COMPENSATE THE NEWLY CREATED BALCH
LIBRARY ADVISORY COMMISSION MEMBERS
WHEREAS, The Town Code was amended on May 24, 1994 to create the Balch Library
Advisory Commission; and
WHEREAS, compensation of members of the Balch Library Advisory Commission, exclusive of
the councilmanic appointment shall be $600.00 per annum, payable in equal monthly installments:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
An appropriation is hereby authorized in the amount of $4,800.00 from the unappropriated fund
balance to compensate the members of the Balch Library Advisory Commission for FY 95.
