1. Call to Order
Chair Larry Brandhorst called the meeting to order at 9:35 am.
2. Review and Approve minutes of the May 4, 2016 meeting
The committee approved the minutes.
3. Review of Chapter 3
The chapter was reviewed and discussed. Proposed amendments were noted and are listed on
the attached sheet. This list will be maintained for all proposed amendments during the review.
4. Old Business
None was discussed
5. New Business
a. Richard Groner was a committee member and passed away. It was discussed and then
tabled if a replacement member should be found. He was representing a property owner
on the committee.
b. The next Chapter for review will be Chapter 4.
6. Public Comments
None were made.
7. Next Meeting Date
The next meeting date will be June 1, 2016.
8. Adjourn
The meeting adjourned at 11:25 am
Proposed Amendments to the 2015 International Building Code:
1. Section 305.2.3 — Replace "five" with "ten" throughout this section.
2. Section 308.6.4 — Replace "five" with "ten" throughout this section.
