Motion by Nielsen second by Lindaman to approve the minutes of the November regular meeting. All ayes, carried. Motion by Lindaman second by Nielsen to approve the Treasurer’s Report for November. All ayes, carried. Motion by Lindaman second by Van Hauen to approve the following bills for payment. All ayes, carried. Karen Mennenga, Library Director, presented the Library Report. Motion by Nielsen, second by Van Hauen to approve proposal for fire alarm monitoring and annual inspection services. Work to be completed by Howgan Electric. All ayes, carried. Leon Abels presented the public works report. Motion by Lindaman second by Van Hauen to approve the quote from Innovative Communications for a new computer. Cost to be $585.19. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nielsen second by Van Hauen to approve the purchase of a V-Plow from Hardin County. Cost to be $900.00. All ayes, carried. Motion by Van Hauen, second by Lindaman to approve the quote from Mid-Iowa Concrete for sidewalk snow removal. All ayes, carried. Motion to adjourn Lindaman second by Nielsen. All ayes, carried. Following the adjournment Mayor Fox administered the Oath of Office to Dale Van Hauen, Mayor; Dale Eilderts, Council Member; Calvin Werkman, Council Member; and Camie Nederhoff, Council Member. The newly elected officials will take office on January 1, 2010. Wendy Lage, ICMC
