AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SPEED LIMIT ON WOODLAWN
AND 45TH STREETS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
63.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. The speed limit on Woodlawn within the corporate limits of the
City of Bel Aire, Kansas from 37th Street North to 49th Street
North, shall be forty (40) miles per hour.
SECTION 2. The speed limit on 45th Street North within the corporate limits
of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas from Rock Road to Oliver Street,
shall be forty (40) miles per hour.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 63 and any other ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its publication in the official city newspaper.
