RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as follows:
A notice of Public Hearing to consider application #ZM-140 U.S.C.T.A. Headquarters, rezoning and
Town Plan amendment, by the Westmoreland Davis Memorial Foundation, Inc. shall be published in the
Leesburg Today on July 13, 1994 and July 20, 1994 for public hearing on Tuesday July 26, 1994 in the
Council Chambers of the Government Center at 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia 22075.
