RESOLUTION NO. 94-150 ADOPTED July 12, 1994
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR FERRIC CHLORIDE SUPPLY FOR FY 95
WHEREAS, a public bid opening for the procurement of ferric chloride solution for the water and
wastewater treatment facilities was held on June ?, 1994, pursuant to state and local procurement laws;
and
WHEREAS, PVS Technologies, Inc., was the sole bid, in the amount of $232.00 per dry ton;
THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Town Manager shall enter into a one-year contract for the purchase of ferric chloride with PVS
Technologies, Inc., at the price of $232.00/dry ton.
