CONTRACT OFFICER'S AUTHORITY UNDER SECTION 1.8 OF CONTRACT
(LONG FORM CONTRACT)
The City of Carson and T & G Global, LLC DBA St. Nick's Lighting & Decor entered into that
certain Agreement for Contract Services Between the City of Carson ("City") and St. Nick's
Lighitng & Decor ("Consultant"), dated October 20, 2020 ("Contract").
Pursuant to Section 1.8 of the Contract, the City's Contract Officer authorizes and directs as
follows:

The Contract Sum, as defined in the Contract, shall be increased by a total of $6,600 (up to 10%
of the Contract Sum or $25,000, whichever is less) for extra work performed by Consultant. The
extra work to be performed by Consultant is described as follows:
• Extra lights & decorations for 25' tree 3500.00
• Red bow on east side of community center awning 2300.00
• Palm trees with special lighting 800.00
AND/OR
The Term of the Contract, as defined in the Contract, shall be extended to ,
202 (up to 180 days past expiration of the Term).
Consultant agrees to be bound by the revised terms of the Contract as indicated above.
