PRESENT: Mayor Brad Andersen, Council President Bruce Case, Council member Dan Gubler,
Council member Rob Geray, Council member Thane Price, Public Works Supervisor Zech
Prouse, City Clerk Robyn Keyes, Treasurer, Deputy Clerk Amy Sullivan.
ABSENT: Police Chief Shannon Basaraba
Visitors: Ginnette Manwaring.
Monthly Audit Discussion. Ginnette Manwaring discussed with the Council the possibility of a
monthly service that involved helping the City with budgeting, economic development, and
urban renewal. Manwaring said she had been employed by the city of Blackfoot and Ammon to
help separate funds, build budgeting templates, and offer insight on the City's spending.
Manwaring said the City would still be required have an external yearly audit performed and she
could not offer the service.
Council member Geray agreed that another set of eyes would be beneficial to see if the City was
making sound decisions.
Council member Case said that regarding the billing Treasurer Sullivan was a new set of eyes
and the City had a sound checks and balances system in place.
The Mayor thanked Manwaring for her time and information.
Meeting adjourned 6:55 p.m.
