7:00 P.M. Greencastle City Hall
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
A. Mayor Murray called this special session meeting to order at 7:00 PM; upon roll call
by Clerk Treasurer Teresa P. Glenn the following councilors were present: Mark
Hammer, Adam Cohen, Jinsie Bingham and Phyllis Rokicki; Councilor Terry J. Smith
was absent.
II. 2011 Budget
A. Discussion
1. Mayor Murray shared information regarding budget information. Health
insurance quotes were discussed.
2. Budget items were discussed and reviewed by Council members.
III. Adjournment
A. Motion to adjourn at 8:00 PM by Jinsie Bingham, second by Phyllis Rokicki,
unanimous approval.
