CONTRACT FOR LEAF VACUUM
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for leaf vacuum machines; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder was the Old Dominion Brush
Company of Richmond, Virginia; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering and Public Works recommends award of the
contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Town Manager is authorized to execute a purchase contract for two leaf vacuum machines
with Old Dominion Brush Company in accordance with the bid documents and specifications at a price
of $12,845.00 each for a total of $25,690.00.
