September 5, 2019 5:00 P.M. Greencastle City Hall
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor William Dory called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM; upon roll by Clerk-
Treasurer Lynda Dunbar the following were present: Adam Cohen, tacie
Langdon, Steve Fields, Mark Hammer, Gary Lemon and Dave Murr y. Tyler
Wade absent.
II. New Business
A. Discussion of 2020 Budget- Clerk Treasurer Lynda Dunbar prese ted the
budget numbers to the Greencastle Co mon Council. The Budge
Committee of Stacie Langdon, Mark Ha mer, and Gary Lemon ex lained
their recommendation on raises and bo uses for the employees of the City of
Greencastle. Specific line item questio s were asked to Mayor Bill Dory
and explanation given. No formal actio taken on the budget.
Public Hearing and First Reading of the :udget will be Tuesday, September
17th at 6:30pm
Ill. Adjournment- Motion by Gary Lemon to dismiss at 7:00 PM, secon by Mark
Hammer, 6-0, motion carried. /
