AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE 1995
OFFICE ON AGING GRANT AGREEMENT
~HEREAS, the Borough of Carteret desires to participate in and
receive an Older American Act Grant Agreement Grant, administered
the County of Middlesex, Department of Human Services for
~lendar year 1995; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council of the
3orough of Carteret that:
1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said grant agreement and
to execute any and all documents needed to obtain this grant.
The terms and conditions are herewith agreed to and made a part
thereof.
i. This resolution and the terms and conditions of the grant shall
represent the contract between the Borough of Carteret and the
County of Middlesex, Department of Human Services for this
grant.
Adopted this 20th day of April, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 21, 1995.
