IA-1 and 1A-2 —Approved on 08/14/2001 by the Zoning Board of Appeals, a request for a
Comprehensive Permit Application under M.G.L. Chapter 40B Sections 20-23; to develop
an existing building and adjacent real property into 7 residential units (6 within the existing
building and 1 detached single family residential structure on the adjacent lot). The
Applicant agreed to have four (4) affordable units contained within the existing building.
And any other business that shall come before this board.
