RESOLUTION No. ~ - 7/
WHEREAS THERE WAS FILED with the 'T'own Clerk of the
Town of Fraser on the ~ day of 1971, a Petition
for Annexation of certain property adjoininc~ the Town of Fraser,

in accordance with Article 21, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised
I
Statutes 1963, as amended, and,
WHEREAS THE BOARD 'OF TRUSTEES of t:he Town of Fraser
has examined said Petition and is required by law to initiate
annexation procedures in accordance therewii:h,
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Board of Trustees
of the Town of Fraser in the State of Colorado:
1. The Board of Trustees of the Town of Fraser does

hereby find that a Petition for Annexation of the following des-
cribed property to the Townjof Fraser has bE~en duly filed with
the Town Clerk, to-wit:

Lots 1, 2, 3;~5, 7 and 8, Block 1, and
Lots 1, 2, 7~and 12 and Tract A, Block
2 , and Lots 1, 2 and 3 , Blocl~c 3 , .all in
Workshire Acres. Also Lots 1 and 4,
Block 2, Byers Vista. Also a Tract
bounded by Lots 7 and 8 and Tract A,
Block 2, Workshire Acres and Norgren
Street and Eisenhower Drive in
Workshire Acres. Also a Tra~~t bounded
by Lot 3, Block 3, Workshire Acres
and by Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, Byers
Vista, and by Eisenhower Drive and
Norgren Street in Workshire .Acres.

The Board has found that such Petition is in substantial compliance
with the requirements of Article 21, ,Chapter 139,. Colo. Rev.
Stat. 1963, as amended. ~
2. That the Board of Trustees does hereby establish

the dour of 7:00 0' clock p.m. on the / ~ day of ~if/~yE,H gFa, 1971,

for a hearing on said petition, at the Town Building, Fraser,
Colorado, at which time the~Bgard shall hear testimony to
determine if the proposed annexation complies with Section 139-21-3
and 139-21-4,.Colo. Rev. Stat. 1963, as amended, or such parts

thereof as may be required to establish eligibility under the
terms of said statute.
3. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of said hearing in substantially the form appended hereto, which
notice, together with a copy of this resolution, shall be pub-
s
lished once a week for four~(4) weeks in The Sky-Hi News, Granby,
Colorado, the first such publication to be .at least thirty (30)
days prior to the date of the hearing. Further, the Town Clerk
shall obtain and file in thi minutes of said hearing a proof of
publication of the notice and resolution.
