APPROVING THE VACATION OF AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS
EASEMENT IN STONEGATE, SECTION 1, LOTS 68 AND 69
WHEREAS, a temporary ingress-egress easement for emergency access was recorded on lots 68
and 69 in Section 1 of the Stonegate subdivision in deed book 1156 page 971; and
WHEREAS, this temporary ingress-egress easement for emergency access is to become null and
void at such time as a second entrance into the Stonegate subdivision is constructed; and
WHEREAS, the second entrance of the Stonegate subdivision, Foxborough Drive, has been
constructed and is available for emergency access:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg as follows:
The vacation of the temporary ingress-egress easement for emergency access as recorded in deed
book 1156 page 971 is hereby approved.
