AWARDING A PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR A BUCKET TRUCK
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for a bucket truck; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder was Shade Equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering and Public Works recommends award of the
contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Town Manager is authorized to execute a purchase contract for a bucket truck with Shade
Equipment in accordance with the bid documents and specifications in the amount of $40,662.00.
