APPOINTING MICHELINA RIOS - ACTING DEPUTY
COURT ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, there is a temporary vacancy in the position of Deput~
Court Administrator; and ~
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to
make an appointment to fill said vacancy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
MICHELINA RIOS
is hereby appointed as Acting Deputy Court Administrator on an
interim basis, effective April 21, 1995.
Adopted this 20th day of April, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 21, 1995.
