A RESOLUTION:
APPROVING THE VACATION OF A WATERLINE EASEMENT IN THE
LINDEN HILL SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Linden Hill Homeowners Association, Inc. has requested a portion of the waterline
easement be vacated as shown on a plat entitled Plat Showing Additional Easement Across Parcels "E"
and "F-", Phase II, Linden Hill, prepared by Paciulli Simmons and Associates; and
WHEREAS, the original alignment of the waterline easement conflicts with the driveway
entrance to Lot #18 in the Linden Hill Subdivision:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as follows:
The vacation of the portion of the waterline easement as shown on the plat entitled "Plat Showing
Additional Waterline Easement Across Parcels "E" and "F", Phase II, Linden Hill, prepared by Paciulli
Simmons and Associates" dated September 29, 1994, is hereby approved.
