A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE MOAB ARTS AND RECREATION
CENTER
Whereas, the Moab City Council must approve all fees charged at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center;
NOW THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO HEREBY RESOLVE
TO AMEND THE FOLLOWING FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE MOAB ARTS AND RECREATION
CENTER:
Moab Arts and Recreation Center Rental Fees
Booking fee
Deposit
Downstairs rooms: Art, Meeting and
Studio
Storage — downstairs
Upstairs rooms: Dance, Stage, Kitchen, Gallery
Whole Facility:
Local small meetings (for nonprofits)
Labor: Set-up, break down, cleaning
Equipment (VCR/TV, Stage lights, screen)
Sound system (on premise rental only)
Furniture rental (chairs, tables)
Room rentals for parties, receptions, or similar
celebrations
- Damage deposit
- Downstairs rooms (Art, Meeting, Studio)
- Upstairs rooms (Dance, Stage, Kitchen,
Gallery)
- Whole facility
- Alcohol fee
$20.00 (Subject to terms of rental contract)
20% of full rental amount (due upon booking)
$5.00/hour
$20.00/day
$12.00/hour/room
$48.00/hour up to $375/day
No charge, though encouraged to make donation
individually or as a group. Nonprofit &
community events may be considered at no
charge.
$20.00/hour/staff person
$20.00/day each
$75.00/day ($250 refundable damage deposit)
No charge unless taken offsite. Then table
$5.00/day, chair $1.00/day each
$500.00 (refundable)
$10.00/hour/room
$25.00/hour/room
$75.00/hour up to $750 per day
$15.00/hour additional for each hour alcohol is
served
