AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR
BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT TO VARGA DRIVE
WHEREAS, the need exists for improvement to Varga Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise
for bids for improvements to Varga Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council direct the
Borough Engineer to immediately prepare specifications for paving and repair of
Varga Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council authorize the.
Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids for improvements to Varga Drive.
Adopted this 20th day of April, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 21, 1995.
