MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE LEESBURG PLANNING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists due to the resignation of Robert Altland:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
Su s an Ruthe r ford is appointed to the Leesburg Planning Commission to
fill the unexpired term of Robert Altland whose term of office will expire on December 31,
1_995.
