REJECTING BID FOR DUMP TRUCK
WHEREAS, on April 6, 1995 one (1) bid was received for a dump truck;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret rejects the bid by Mid-Atlantic Truck Centre, Inc. and that it be
re-advertised and received.
Adopted this 20th day of April, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 21, 1995.
