ACCEPTING BID FOR DUMP TRUCK
WHEREAS, on April 6, 1995 bids were received for a dump track;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret accepts the bid by Mid-Atlantic Truck Centre, Inc.
Adopted this 20th day of April, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 21, 1995.

THIS AGREEMENT, made this 20th day of APRI~ 1995
by and between: MID-ATLANTIC TRUCK CENTRE
525 LINDEN AVE. WEST
LINDEN, N. J. 07036
and the Borough of Carteret, a municipal corporation, having its
principal office at the Borough Hall , 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret,
New Jersey, 07008, hereinafter the "BOROUGH".
As per Resolution No. 95-139A.

TO PROVIDE 1995 INTERNATIONAL DUMP TRUCK
according to the terms set forth in the bids and specifications.
