Brewster Town Office Building 1. Present: Chairman Taylor convened the Planning Board meeting at 7:OOPM in the Brewster Town Office Building with members Henchy, McMullen, Bob Bugle, Linda Bugle and Remy present. 2. REORGANIZATION Motion by Pierce, Bugle second, Elizabeth Taylor Chairman. All voted in favor. Motion by Pierce, McMullen second, Henchy, Vice Chairman. All voted in favor Motion by Taylor, McMullen second, Pierce for clerk. All voted in favor. 3. REQUEST FINAL APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN FOR LOT#7 - EASTWARD COMPANIES— Located off Landing Drive (Whidah Way) on Assessors' Map 48,Lot 8. 4. The Planning Board voted in favor to approve the above request pending receipt of the wetland delineation that was approved by the Conservation Commission. 5 ENDORSEMENT OF AN APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED PLAN - #ANR2003-13 —ELLIS—off Stony Brook Road on Assessors' Map 21, Lot 72. 6. Motion by McMullen, Henchy second, approve and endorse ANR2003-13. All voted in favor. 7. PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN#PRE2003-10—MATTHEWS—Located off Ruddy Duck Road on Assessors' Map 45, Lots 41 & 58-1 (sub. lot#5). 8. At the request of the applicants Attorney Mr. Farber asked for a continuance of this application. The Board voted to approve the request. 9. Informal Discussion—Viprino—regarding lot of Tubman Road on Assessors' Map 35 Lot 36. Page 1 of 2, 6/3/2003 10. Discussion regarding this property was halted due to Mr. Viprino did not have permission to discuss this property and the owner have an agreement to purchase with someone else. 11. ENDORSEMENT OF AN APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED PLAN - #ANR2003-12—CHASE—off Massasoit Trail on Assessors' Map 40,Lot 44. 12. Motion by Henchy, McMullen second, approve ANR application#2003-12. All voted in favor. 13. Continuance-LEGAL HEARING—SPECIAL PERMIT#SP2003-04—CORRIDOR OVERLAY PROTECTION DISTRICT BYLAW—Zuckerman/Pleasant Bay Assisted Living Facility—Located at South Orleans Road and Freeman's Way,on Assessors' Map 45,Lots 68& 69—60 units of assisted living in a two story 60,626 sq.ft. building. 14. The Board reviewed the Draft Special Permit and voted to accept and file with the town clerk its approval of the project. Motion by Henchy, McMullen second, approve draft and file for the appeal period." Roll call vote, all voted in favor. 15. SIGN DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISION PLAN #DEF2003-06- Jeffrey Drown, Trustee of Blond Dog Realty Trust - Located off Main Street(Rt. 6A) on Assessors' Map 29, Lot 87.- Proposed 4 lot subdivision. 16. On a Motion by McMullen, Pierce second, endorse the plan and accept the covenant for Jeffrey M. Drown, Trustee of the Blonde Dog Realty Trust, Plan #8268, dated April 4, 2003 and revised on June 2, 2003." All voted in favor. 17. Meeting Adjourned. MARSH/EASTWARD COMPANIES-Located off Landing Drive on Assessors' Map 48,Lot 8 (sub lot 7).- Approval of site plan for lot known as number 7,for building permit purposes. Dear Ms. Krauss, At the Planning Board meeting dated June 3, 2003, the Planning Board voted in favor to approve the above request pending receipt of the wetland delineation that was approved by the Conservation Commission. The Cons. Com. approval was received today. The applicant may now seek a building permit for lot #7. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
