COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JUNE 20, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of June 20, 2016, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: Schreiber
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor Tergin asked if the Council would consider moving Resolution RS2016 -12 up on
the agenda to be taken up immediately after Mr. Bill Farr’s asso ciated presentation.
Councilman Mihalevich stated he would make a motion in the regular meeting to amend
the agenda to make that change.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:51 P.M.
